Foam abre todos los días desde la hora del desayuno con el aroma de un delicioso café Lavazza. Y para empezar el día con energía ofrecen licuados de fruta y verdura fresca, también hay bols de frutas y la lista sigue… todo lo que uno necesita para disfrutar de un desayuno completo. Además en su renovada carta han creado una sección de panes, la libertad de escoger el pan para el bocadillo.
En su carta encontramos platos cocinados a baja temperatura o con un tratamiento a baja temperatura para mejorar la textura o sabor, vamos cualquier cosa a fuego lento sabe mejor. El ‘smokehouse’ tiene mucho de filosofía ‘slow’, o sea de vivir la vida como si tuviéramos todo el tiempo del mundo. Podemos encontrar ricas ensaladas para los crudívoros, sopas frías y carne y pescado todo bajo en grasas, platos muy equilibrados, perfectos para el verano.
