Autoconscientemente, Lukasz estudiaba odontología y psicología social cuando comenzó a experimentar con la fotografía, utilizando a sus sobrinas como sus primeras modelos. ENG: Disruptive patterns, retro interiors, quirky poses, cinematic atmospheres and saturated colours: that’s the photographer Lukasz Wierzbowski’s imagery. Self-thought, Lukasz was studying dentistry and Social Psychology when he started experimenting with photography, using his nieces as his first models. His photos are now exposed around the world from New York to Moscow, Melbourne and Taipei – to name a few – and he now divides his time between Warsaw and London. He continues to visually investigate the tension between the models and their surrounding creating images that are both seductive and enigmatic, with a signature style that stems from a cross pollination between street photography, photojournalism and fashion portraiture.
