Ha dejado a Europa con la boca abierta por sus performances donde se une virtuosismo, género, interpelación directa e indagacion sobre la identidad como posibilidad abierta.
Es uno de los artistas que más visibilidad ha obtenido en los últimos años en la escena europea y norte americana. Sin embargo, no es fácil explicar el trabajo de Dimchev porque sus obras funcionan a diversos niveles. En primer lugar, su trabajo escénico tiene un impacto afectivo sobre el público que deriva de su presencia como intérprete. Aquí yace parte de la dificultad para describir sus piezas, porque hay cierta intensidad que emana directamente de su carisma. Debido a este dominio técnico, ambos intérpretes comparten también cierto virtuosismo escénico. ENG: He is one of the artists that has gained the most visibility over the last few years both in the European and the North-American scene. But it’s not easy to explain Dimchev’s work as his artwork works on many different levels. Firstly, his performance work has an emotional impact on the public which derives from his presence as an actor. This is where part of the difficulty to describe his pieces lies, because there is an intensity that comes straight from his own charisma. Se crió bajo las heces del régimen comunista en Varsovia, una adolescencia en Toronto y luego se mudo a París rabaja con productores como Matias Aguayo, Rebolledo, Pachanga Boys Label y su último trabajo “Ocean Blues!, que se lanzó el año pasado bajo el sello parisino «Kill the Dj», es una extraña mezcla de música de los ochenta, vudú electrónico folklórico, dubbed-updisco, su propia poesía mental y extractos de Shelley o W.H Davies. ENG: Yula Kasp was raised under the dregs of the communist regime in Warsaw and through the American Rock n’Roll rebellion, as a teen in Toronto. As an adult in Paris, her first project would be an homage to her grand-mother solely made up of her poems. Reside entre Mallorca y San Francisco y es un referente a tener en cuenta en la escena deep/house internacional.
