Un encantador y genuino gastro-sushi bar regentado por el chef japonés Hideki Aoyama y ubicado en la mágica Plaza de Sa Drassaneta, escondida en el entramado de callejuelas del casco histórico de Ibiza. La carta funciona según mercado. Y además de pescado fresco y el arroz más popular entre los chefs japoneses de Europa, el yumekishiki, algas, tofu, daikon, miso, soja y wasabi son otros de los ingredientes comunes del sushi-bar, combinados con originalidad, música suave y amor. ENG: Hidden in the Plaza Sa Drassaneta this small but great restaurant offer the more authentic and traditional Japanese food in the island. The menu is not extensive but the products are an excellent quality and it is located in a somewhat romantic spot away from the bustle of the streets of the port and centre of Ibiza environment.
