Os invitamos a descubrir la cocina vegetariana-vegana de este coqueto restaurante de la zona norte de Mallorca y degustar las sabrosas recetas de Svenja Galle, una alemana afincada en la isla que combina técnicas y sabores que marida con especias y hierbas de la Tramuntana para desafiar el paladar más exigente. Svenja y su equipo utilizan los mejores ingredientes para sus elaboraciones y la mayoría de las verduras provienen de dos fincas ecológicas que las cultivan exclusivamente para ellos.
I would like to welcome you cordially to our house of vegetarian and vegan cuisine. Please feel free to relax and enjoy your stay with us in the shade of our century old fig trees. It has been my pleasure to compose recipes that combine a diversity of flavors using a carefully chosen variety of spices, herbs as well as cooking techniques. We would like to challenge your palate by introducing you to the many wonderful flavors a vegetarian cuisine has to offer. Our kitchen selects only the finest ingredients. Our vegetables are exclusively grown for us organically at two local fincas. Including when ever possible we have chosen our wines and beverages from local mallorcan producers. I hope you will enjoy every moment at our house!
